Terms of participation

These interviews are for people aged 18 and over, and you’re asked to confirm it before you start.

You can stop at any time, without giving a reason and without losing an incentive you’ve already earned — where a study sets a completion condition, it’s stated before you start.

There are no right answers, and we’d rather have a short honest interview than a long invented one. We check response quality, and we may exclude and not pay a response that is [QUALITY THRESHOLD — e.g. AUTOMATED, DUPLICATED, OR CONTAINS NO GENUINE ANSWERS — CONFIRM].

And please don’t share your own beyond what you’re asked. What we do hold is set out in the privacy notice.

An ad, a product, a concept that hasn’t launched. Where a study says so, please keep it to yourself.

We may end one that is abusive toward the interviewer, automated, or attempting to interfere with the service.
